VENICE, Fla. (February 20, 2012) – With the Venice and North Port communities at his back and kids in his heart, Phillip Hall, the new Director of Community Relations in South Sarasota County, representing the Gene Matthews and Robert and Joan Lee Boys & Girls Clubs in North Port and Venice, looks to bring South Sarasota County into the forefront of these communities. Born and raised in Venice, Phillip earned a BA in advertising from Murray State College. “The people in the local community have always been a positive, motivating and inspirational part of my life and it’s time for me to give back,” says Phillip. Phillip served as a counselor for the Venice Boys and Girls Clubs and worked with “at-risk” youth in the alternative education system.
